Refund Policy


At DigiBit Marketing, we are committed to delivering outstanding SEO services and helping our clients achieve their goals. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where results fall short of expectations. In such cases, we offer a partial refund policy as outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Clients are eligible for a refund if the agreed-upon goals for organic sales, traffic, or conversions are not met within a 90-day period. Refund requests can be considered only after this period has passed, and once the goals have been reviewed.

Partial Refunds

Refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed by the time of the refund request. This ensures that clients only pay for services rendered during the engagement period.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, clients should contact their account manager. We will review and assess eligibility within 7 business days. If the request is approved, we will move forward with processing the refund.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be available:

  • For services delivered within the first 30 days of engagement. This time frame is essential for laying the groundwork for SEO strategies, and results may not yet be visible.
  • When external factors such as search engine algorithm updates or unexpected market shifts impact results beyond our control.

Refund Processing

If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.
