This client came to us with his site, which was built on July 2022.  After 3 months of consistent content and proper optimization, the site’s organic search traffic has EXPLODED.

In this case study of a credit repair business, we’ll show you what we did month-by-month to grow this credit repair website’s organic search traffic from 0 to 1200+ views per month!

Let’s get started…

When this client came to us in September of 2022, there was no content, backlinks, or paid or organic search traffic. The site primarily focuses on the following:

  • Help Individuals to Restore Their Credit
  • Rebuilding Credit Score
  • Credit Counselling
  • Debt Management

After discussing with the owner and knowing their plan, we made a strategy focusing on SEO-optimized content paired with link building, specifically guest posting.

Here’s how we did it:

The Strategy:

Month 1: September 2022

As mentioned earlier, they don’t have optimized content; we started fixing the On-Page errors by following Google’s guidelines. We optimized the titles, meta descriptions, heading tags, and CTA positioning in the 1st week.

Then we did a technical audit and found 404 errors, broken URLs, canonicalization & mobile friendliness issues. We fixed the technical issues on the 2nd week of that month.

After an audit and fixing the on-page & technical issues, we started doing a deep competitive analysis to figure out what the competitors were doing then on the 3rd week.

We deeply analyzed their top 10 competitors and figured out why the competitors are getting traffic, and we prepared a content plan for the last week of September.

We prepared 3 SEO Optimized articles and published them in the last week of September. We noticed that google crawled most of our pages, and we started getting traffic organically, which clearly indicated that the plan was working.

Month 2: October 2022
